Email Confirmation Problem from Travel Site

Nobody will actually be able to make up for the mistake, and people get even more frustrated because they cannot get refunds quickly from the company.

If you want to avoid such frustrating situations then you should not book any trips or flights through make my trip. It is much better if you book your tickets through the flight company directly, or of you book your hotel room by calling the hotel directly.
